Letters of Approval
View and track Letters of Approval associated with your firm.
The Letters of Approval page gives you visibility into LoAs that have been submitted by builders and linked to your firm. Broker Client Advisors see LoAs linked to their contact. Broker Admins and Owners see LoAs across the firm.
Viewing Your LoAs
Navigate to Letters of Approval in the sidebar to see all LoAs associated with your broker firm. The page shows:
- Search by Own New ID, client, builder, lender, or postcode
- In progress, Matched, Errors, Completed, and Cancelled filters with totals
- A sortable table showing the current CRM status of each LoA
Retracted LoAs are hidden from the list once they are more than 3 months old.
The page is read-only for brokers. If an LoA needs to be amended or cancelled, contact the builder who issued it.
Progress Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| In progress | The builder has created an LoA but it has not yet matched to a mortgage application |
| Matched | The LoA has matched to a valid mortgage application |
| Errors | The LoA has matched, but its price or incentive is wrong |
| Completed | The house sale has completed successfully |
| Cancelled | The builder or lender has notified us that the sale is not proceeding |
The information statement below the filters explains the currently selected view. LoAs with missing builder data are not shown in the broker view.
Table Columns
| Column | Description |

| Builder | The homebuilder who submitted the LoA |
| Lender | The lender reported against the matched mortgage application |
| Postcode | The property postcode recorded against the LoA |
| Primary client | The buyer's name |
| Property value | The purchase price |
| Own New ID | The unique reference number for the LoA |
| Created | The date the LoA record was created |
| Status | The current LoA status |
Select a column heading to sort the table. Select it again to reverse the order.
Understanding LoA Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Submitted | The LoA has been submitted and is awaiting a mortgage application match |
| Matched | The LoA has been matched to a lender application |
| On hold | The property price or incentive does not match, or required data is missing |
| Completed | The LoA has completed successfully |
| Cancelled | The LoA has been cancelled by the builder or closed |
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar to find LoAs by Own New ID, client name, builder, lender, or postcode. Use the progress filters to move between in-progress, matched, error, completed, and cancelled LoAs.
