Managing Brands
How to create and manage brand identities for your developments.
Brands allow you to market developments under different names. For example, if your company is "Berkeley Homes PLC", you might have brands like "St Edward" or "Berkeley Homes" for different development types.
Why Use Brands?
- Multiple identities - Market luxury and standard developments under different names
- Brand recognition - Buyers see the brand they recognise, not your corporate name
- Flexible marketing - Each brand can have its own logo
