The Marketing Hub is your one-stop shop for promoting Own New to your clients. It brings together showcase examples, downloadable collateral, and ready-to-share content — all in one place.
What you'll find
The Marketing Hub has three tabs:
Showcase
Real-world examples of how other brokers and builders are marketing Own New. Use these for inspiration when creating your own campaigns, social posts, or email outreach.
Marketing Assets
Downloadable marketing assets including:
- Case Studies — success stories you can share with clients
- Print & Media — flyers, fact sheets, and print-ready materials
- Assets — logos, banners, carousels, and other creative files
- Did You Know — bite-sized facts to use in conversations or social posts. These are also double-sided A4 printouts with QR codes — great for on-site use by your teams or visiting prospects
- Videos — video content for your website or social channels
- Rightmove — materials specifically for Rightmove listings. These can be adapted for other property portals — request alternatives via the contact form
To download an asset, click the Download button on any card. For PDFs, you can also click Preview to view the file before downloading.
Marketing Content
Pre-written email and social media copy you can use immediately. Each card includes:
- Copy All / Copy Subject / Copy Body — for email content
- Copy Caption / Download Image / WhatsApp — for social content
Simply copy the text, paste it into your email client or social platform, and customise as needed. Compliance text is included where applicable.
Tips for getting started
- Start with Showcase — browse examples to see what works well
- Download key assets — grab the flyers and fact sheets most relevant to your audience
- Use Marketing Content — copy and personalise email or social text for quick outreach
- Check back regularly — new content is added frequently (look for the green "New" badge)
