Quick Start

Get up and running with your Own New partner account in minutes.

This guide will help you get started with your Own New partner account quickly.

1. Create Your Account

Pulse uses approved company email domains instead of manual team invitations.

  1. Visit ownnew.co.uk and select Sign In
  2. If your email is not registered, continue to sign-up
  3. Enter your first name, last name, and approved work email address
  4. Enter the one-time passcode sent to your email

If your live partner organisation is not yet in Pulse, it is created from Own New's approved records during the first valid sign-up. The first person becomes the Owner; later colleagues join automatically with the default role for that organisation type.

Personal email domains and domains that are not linked to an approved partner cannot be used. Use the contact form if your company should have access but your email is not recognised.

2. Sign In

Enter your approved work email and request a one-time passcode. The standard Pulse sign-in journey uses email passcodes rather than a password or social sign-in.

3. Your Workspace

After signing in, Pulse opens your dashboard or the first section available to your role.

Builders may see:

  • A prompt for the next useful action, such as setting a default broker or reviewing leads
  • Letter of Approval pipeline counts and a submission shortcut
  • Development and lead performance summaries
  • Quick links to Developments, Marketing Hub, and Settings

Brokers may see training progress, live-rate access, Letter of Approval activity, and lead activity.

Marketing and sales/adviser roles see only the tools their role permits.

4. Your Role and Access

Your role—sometimes described as your access profile—determines which sections you can see and what you can do.

To check it, open SettingsMembers, find the row marked You, and read the Role column. You cannot change your own role; an Owner or Admin in your organisation can change eligible roles from the same page.
