Quick Start

Get up and running with your Own New partner account in minutes.

This guide will help you get started with your Own New partner account quickly.

1. Accepting Your Invitation

When your organisation is approved as an Own New partner, you'll receive an email invitation:

  1. Click the Accept Invitation link in your email
  2. If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one
  3. If you already have an account, sign in to join your organisation

2. Signing In

Visit ownnew.co.uk and click Sign In to access your portal.

Available sign-in methods depend on your firm's configuration (for example, magic link and/or password).

3. Your Dashboard

After signing in, you'll see your dashboard tailored to your partner type.

Builders see:

  • A smart nudge linking to whatever needs your attention next (set a default broker, review new leads, etc.)
  • A Letter of Approval submission card with current pipeline counts
  • Your Developments — active count, leads in the last 30 days (with trend vs the prior 30 days), and your top-performing development
  • Your Leads — pipeline tiles: New, Contacted, Broker Contacted, Converted. A short line below shows how many of your leads brokers have updated this week, so you can see the partner network at work
  • Quick links to Developments, Marketing Hub, and Settings

Brokers see training progress, best-rate access, LoA pipeline, and lead activity.
