The Marketing Hub is your central resource for promoting Own New to your clients. It provides ready-to-share content, downloadable marketing assets, and inspirational examples — all in one place.
For lead management, use the Leads section or see Leads. For approved statement generation, use Marketing > Statements.
Accessing the Marketing Hub
- Log in to your broker account
- Navigate to Marketing > Marketing Hub in the sidebar
- Browse the three tabs: Showcase, Marketing Assets, and Marketing Content
Marketing Content
Pre-written email and social media copy you can use immediately with clients and referral partners.
Each piece of content includes:
- Title and channel (email or social media)
- Platform (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Email)
- Subject line (for email content)
- Body text ready to copy and use
- Compliance text where applicable
How to use
- Select the Marketing Content tab
- Browse available content
- Copy the subject line, body text, or images as needed
- Paste into your email client or social media platform
Tips for using content effectively
- With clients — Share email content when introducing Own New or following up after meetings
- On social media — Post regularly about new-build opportunities and use the provided graphics
- In meetings — Reference marketing content to support conversations with clients
Marketing Assets
A library of downloadable files organised by category. Search, filter, and download assets for use in your marketing.
Asset Categories

Browsing and downloading
- Select the Marketing Assets tab
- Use the category tabs to filter by type
- Use the search bar to find specific assets by name
- Click Download to save the file
Some categories group assets by subcategory for easier browsing.

- Videos: MP4
Showcase
Inspirational examples and practical tips to help you get the most from Own New marketing.
Content is organised into two types:
- Examples — Real-world marketing examples showing how brokers promote Own New to clients
- Tips — Practical advice for improving your marketing approach
Each item may include images and attribution to help you understand the context.
Usage Guidelines
When using Own New marketing materials:
- Don't modify — Use materials as provided unless marked as editable
- Stay current — Check for updated versions periodically
- Be accurate — Ensure any rates or figures are current
- Credit Own New — Include Own New branding where required
