Access ready-to-share content, downloadable assets, and marketing inspiration for your developments.
The Marketing Hub is your central resource for promoting Own New mortgage products on your developments. It provides ready-to-share content, downloadable marketing assets, and inspirational examples — all in one place.
Marketing Hub is available to Builder Marketing, Admin, and Owner roles. Statements and Site Team Training are also available to Builder Marketing users.
Accessing the Marketing Hub
- Log in to your builder account
- Navigate to Marketing in the sidebar
- Browse the three tabs: Marketing Content, Marketing Assets, and Showcase
Marketing Content
Pre-written email and social media copy you can use immediately with buyers and agents.
Each piece of content includes:
- Title and channel (email or social media)
- Platform (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Email)
- Subject line (for email content)
- Body text ready to copy and use
- Compliance text where applicable
How to use
- Select the Marketing Content tab
- Browse available content
- Copy the subject line, body text, or images as needed
- Paste into your email client or social media platform
Marketing Assets
A library of downloadable files organised by category. Search, filter, and download assets for use in your marketing.
Asset Categories

Browsing and downloading
- Select the Marketing Assets tab
- Use the category tabs to filter by type
- Use the search bar to find specific assets by name
- Click Download to save the file
Some categories group assets by subcategory for easier browsing.
File formats
- Images: PNG, JPG, WebP
- Documents: PDF
- Videos: MP4
Showcase
Inspirational examples and practical tips to help you get the most from Own New marketing.
Content is organised into two types:
- Examples — Real-world marketing examples showing how other builders promote Own New
- Tips — Practical advice for improving your marketing approach
Each item may include images and attribution to help you understand the context.
Usage Guidelines
When using Own New marketing materials:
- Don't modify — Use materials as provided unless marked as editable
- Stay current — Check for updated versions periodically
- Be accurate — Ensure any rates or figures are current
- Credit Own New — Include Own New branding where required
